Terms of Service
Last updated: August 31, 2026
1. The service
TREVUMI turns itineraries you enter into animated map videos, rendered in your browser. Your content stays on your device; see the Privacy Policy.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the trips you build, the photos you add, and the videos you export. You are responsible for the content you include - only add photos you have the right to use, and share exported videos at your own discretion.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use TREVUMI to create content that is unlawful, or to abuse, overload, or disrupt the service or the third-party map services it relies on.
4. Third-party services
Maps, geocoding, and routing are provided by third parties (OpenStreetMap contributors, CARTO, OpenFreeMap, Esri, komoot/Photon, FOSSGIS). Their data is provided under their own licenses and attribution requirements, which the app displays. Availability of these services is outside our control.
5. Purchases
Optional paid unlocks (per-trip or Pro subscriptions) are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. Per-trip unlocks apply to the device and browser where they were purchased. Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be restored on another device with your checkout email. Because unlocks take effect immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable, but if something went wrong, email hello@trevumi.com and we'll sort it out. EU consumers: by purchasing a digital unlock you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of the 14-day withdrawal right once delivery has begun.
6. No warranty
TREVUMI is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Routes and maps are illustrative, do not use them for navigation. Because trips are stored only in your browser, clearing browser data deletes them; export anything you want to keep.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
